Lorelei Lynch, Esq., RN

Lorelei Lynch

Meet Lorelei Lynch, Esq., RN

 Founder of Lorelei Law, PLLC

When it comes to protecting your family, your health, and your legacy, Lorelei Lynch is the attorney you want by your side. As the founder of Lorelei Law, PLLC, Lorelei combines her background as a registered nurse with ICU training and her extensive legal career to provide clients with unmatched guidance. Today, she focuses her practice on estate planning, helping families and individuals create Wills, Trusts, healthcare surrogate designations, and living wills that provide clarity and peace of mind when it matters most.

Lorelei understands that estate planning is about more than dividing assets. It is about protecting loved ones, avoiding unnecessary court involvement, reducing taxes, and ensuring that healthcare wishes are honored. She crafts customized estate plans that safeguard children, guide medical decision-making, and preserve family wealth for generations to come.

With over fourteen years of experience as an attorney, Lorelei has represented clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and premises liability cases, guiding matters from presuit claims through jury trials. She has served at one of Florida’s most respected and largest law firms and also served as outside counsel for a global biotech company with nearly one hundred patents, advising its leadership on contracts, intellectual property, and corporate strategy. These experiences give her a unique advantage in estate planning, as she has seen first-hand how poor planning can lead to disputes and costly litigation. She now uses that knowledge to create estate plans that are carefully designed to prevent conflict and protect families.

Her medical background further strengthens her work. Before becoming an attorney, Lorelei cared for critically ill patients in the Neuro-surgical ICU at Harper Hospital in Detroit, the Cardiac ICU at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, and later in the Medical ICU at a Florida tertiary hospital. She was also chosen to design and launch Beaumont Hospital’s IV cardiac stress lab. This medical foundation gives her clients extra confidence when making important healthcare decisions such as choosing a healthcare surrogate or writing a living will.

Clients turn to Lorelei because she offers more than legal documents. She provides compassion, clarity, and lasting security. Whether you need a Will, a Trust, a healthcare surrogate designation, a living will, or a complete estate plan to protect your family and your future, Lorelei has the experience and insight to deliver peace of mind.

Lorelei Lynch is not only an attorney, she is an advocate for your future and your family. When you work with Lorelei, you can be certain that your wishes will be honored, your loved ones will be protected, and your legacy will endure.
