Lorelei Lynch is the founder of Lorelei Law, PLLC. She is a licensed ICU registered nurse and attorney. As a Medical Malpractice Attorney and ICU registered nurse, she is in a unique position to help families, business owners, healthcare providers, professional athletes, and individuals protect themselves and their loved ones, during life and after death. Lorelei helps her clients stay focused on starting and growing their business, reduce estate taxes, and create a family legacy. Lorelei builds and strengthens business foundations by using Legal, Financial, Insurance, and Tax strategies from a medical malpractice and personal injury perspective. After witnessing businesses lose personal assets to lawsuits, and families of incapacitated loved-ones fight over whether to remove life support or worry about how they will pay their bills,  Lorelei now dedicates 100% of her time to customizing Estate Plans and building strong Business Foundations.

Lorelei served as general outside counsel for a biotech company with nearly one-hundred patents throughout the world, directly advising the CEO and CFO on matters including, but not limited to, strategizing, intellectual property, business transactions, contracts, and human resources.  Lorelei has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous cases involving personal injury medical malpractice and nursing home claims from pre-suit litigation to trials resulting in jury verdicts for over twelve (12) years in addition to other negligence cases such as slip and falls. She served at one of the largest top tier law firms in the state of Florida. Her legal experience includes all phases of civil litigation including, but not limited to, pre-suit litigation, arguing evidentiary hearings regarding arbitration agreements, to cross examination of expert witness at trial.
 

As an ICU registered nurse, Lorelei served in the Neuro-surgical ICU at Harper Hospital, Detroit, MI immediately after graduating nursing school. Thereafter, she served in the prestigious Cardiac ICU at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI and was then approached to lead the development of Beaumont Hospital’s IV cardiac stress lab from the ground up for the Chief of Cardiologist. In 2017, Lorelei was honored to serve in the Medical ICU of a Florida tertiary hospital while also practicing as an attorney.
