With more than fifteen years of legal experience, Lorelei has represented clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and premises liability matters, handling cases from presuit investigation through jury trial. She has practiced at one of Florida’s largest and most respected law firms and also served as outside counsel to a global biotechnology company with nearly one hundred patents, advising leadership on contracts, intellectual property, and corporate matters. These experiences give her a valuable perspective in estate planning because she has seen firsthand how inadequate planning can lead to disputes, unnecessary expense, and litigation. She now applies that experience to help clients create thoughtful, carefully structured estate plans designed to reduce conflict and protect the people who matter most.

Lorelei’s medical background further strengthens her approach. Before becoming an attorney, she cared for critically ill patients in the neurosurgical ICU at Harper Hospital in Detroit, the cardiac ICU at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, and later in the medical ICU at a Florida tertiary-care hospital. She was also selected to design and launch Beaumont Hospital’s IV cardiac stress laboratory. This clinical experience gives her a unique understanding of the difficult healthcare decisions families may face and allows her to provide added perspective when clients are considering healthcare surrogate designations, living wills, and other advance directives.
